What a church event asks of you

Four things shape a church booking that do not apply to a backyard. They are why this page exists.

It runs on volunteers The people setting up are the same people greeting families an hour later. Anything they have to assemble is an hour they do not get back, which is why we deliver it, set it up and come back for it.
The gap is the whole plan Between the two services, or from the end of the last one. Tell us the gap and we work inside it rather than across it.
Every age turns up A church event is not one year group. The plain jumper carries a three year old and a ten year old without anyone having to referee the difference.
The money was given, not budgeted It is somebody’s offering being spent, so the figure needs to be clear before the council sees it and the same when the invoice lands.

When is my remaining balance due?

If you only paid the deposit, the balance is due when we set up. Cash or check, ready when the crew arrives.

Do I need to prepare my yard before delivery?

Mow the day before, and clear any pet waste before we arrive. That is all we ask.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Safety first. Depending on conditions we may recommend postponing or rescheduling the inflatables. Call us as soon as severe weather looks likely.
