The space required depends on the inflatable you choose. Most bounce houses need additional clearance around the unit for safe setup and operation. We recommend measuring your setup area before booking and reviewing the specific space requirements listed on each product page.
Before our team arrives, please make sure the setup area is clear of toys, furniture, branches, pet waste, and other obstacles. Grass should be mowed no later than the day before delivery, and there should be a clear path to the setup location.
Yes. Most bounce houses require one standard household electrical outlet located within 50 feet of the setup area. The blower must remain running during use to keep the inflatable properly inflated.
Bounce houses are typically designed for children, although age and occupancy recommendations vary by inflatable. For the safest experience, children of similar size and age should play together whenever possible.
Safety always comes first. If severe weather is expected, rescheduling options may be available. We ask that inflatable rental reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours before your event whenever possible.
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your rental equipment and event date. However, weather-related rescheduling options may be available with proper notice.
