Things To Know About Your Event Rental

If you’re reading this then you have ordered a rental for your event. Here are a couple of reminders to make sure everything goes smooth:

Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your rentals for the date of your event. If severe weather impacts your event, rescheduling options may be available. For inflatable rentals, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting a weather-related reschedule.

If you only paid a deposit when booking, the remaining balance is due at the time of setup. We accept cash or check. To help us stay on schedule and ensure timely deliveries for all customers, please have payment ready when our crew arrives.

Yes. Please mow your grass no later than the day before your scheduled setup. We also ask that all pet waste be cleaned up before our crew arrives.

Tables and chairs are typically delivered curbside and stacked for your convenience. Because our delivery schedule is often tight, setup and breakdown are not included by default. If you’d like our team to handle setup and breakdown, please let us know in advance so we can schedule the additional time. An extra fee may apply.

 

Please measure your setup area before booking to ensure your selected rentals will fit comfortably. We cannot be responsible for rentals that do not fit due to insufficient space at the event location.

You are responsible for providing access to a working power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Most bounce houses require one standard household electrical outlet.

If your property has sprinklers or underground utility lines, please let us know where they are located before setup. Inflatables are secured using stakes, and we cannot be responsible for damage to sprinkler systems or underground lines if their locations have not been identified beforehand.

Safety is always the priority. Depending on weather conditions, we may recommend postponing or rescheduling inflatable rentals. Contact us as soon as possible if severe weather is expected so we can discuss available options.

Popular weekends and holiday periods can fill up quickly, especially during spring and summer. Booking as early as possible helps ensure the best selection and availability for your event date.
