What a field day actually needs

Four things decide what should come off the trailer. None of them is the picture on the product page.

Throughput, not footprint Four hundred children in three hours is a queue problem before it is a space problem. Two lanes move a line at twice the rate of one, which is why courses beat single units on a field day.
A window with a hard stop In before the first bell, out before dismissal, or in and out between two periods. Tell us the window when you ask and it shapes what we bring.
A surface you did not choose Gym floor, blacktop or the field behind the school. Say which one and we will tell you what works on it rather than guessing from a catalogue photo.
A number somebody else signs The person organising is rarely the person approving. Ask us for something you can forward, not a conversation you have to summarise.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable, because it is what holds your date. If severe weather hits we can often reschedule instead, and inflatable reschedules need at least 24 hours notice.

When is my remaining balance due?

If you only paid the deposit, the balance is due when we set up. Cash or check, ready when the crew arrives.

Do I need to prepare my yard before delivery?

Mow the day before, and clear any pet waste before we arrive. That is all we ask.

What if I have an underground sprinkler system?

Tell us where the sprinklers or any underground lines run before setup. Inflatables get staked down, and we cannot be liable for lines we were not shown.
