Schools and churches

An organization event is not a backyard party

Four things change the moment the booking stops being one family and starts being an institution. They are the reason this hub exists.

A Bouncy B's bounce house set up in a back garden A backyard birthday

The date

Pick a Saturday that suits everyone

The crowd

Eight kids, maybe twelve

The window

It is your garden, all day

The decision

You decide, you pay

Tropical obstacle course set up for a school field day by Bouncy B's A field day or a festival

The date

Field day is already on the calendar. You are filling a date, not choosing one

The crowd

Four hundred through one unit in three hours. Throughput is the whole question

The window

Before the first bell, or between the two services. A hard start and a hard stop

The decision

A principal, a PTO board, a church council. The number gets forwarded before it gets signed

Inflatable rentals for school and church events

Each has its own page, its own calendar pressure and its own list of organizations we already work with.

How a booking runs

Five steps. The same five whether it is four hundred kids on a blacktop or forty in a parish hall.

  • Send the date The date, the headcount and where it is going.
  • We pick what fits Two or three units that suit that surface and that crowd.
  • The deposit holds it Once it is down, that unit is off the board for the day.
  • We set up early Inside your window, not at the edge of it.
  • We take it away Nothing to fold, nothing to load, nothing left behind.

What comes with every booking

The same on a school field as in a back garden. None of it is an upgrade.

Glitter castle bounce house from Bouncy B's Sanitized before it leaves Every unit is cleaned before every rental, not just at the end of the season.
Level Up bounce house from Bouncy B's Delivered and set up The family that owns the business brings it, sets it up and takes it away. There is no crew you have never met walking onto your property.
Lego castle bounce house from Bouncy B's Staked and anchored properly Tell us where sprinkler lines or underground utilities run before setup, and we work around them.
Electric Rush bounce house from Bouncy B's One outlet, within 50 feet Most bounce houses run on a single standard household outlet. If the setup spot is further out than that, say so early and we will sort out power.
Rocket combo with a dry slide from Bouncy B's A weather conversation, not a gamble If severe weather is coming we would rather move it than risk it. Inflatable reschedules need at least 24 hours notice.
Blue Tropical combo with a slide from Bouncy B's A delivery fee quoted to the address Not a flat guess. The fee is worked out against where the unit is actually going.

Which rental fits your event?

Three questions, no contact details, no obligation. It points you at the right part of the fleet so you are not scrolling a catalogue trying to guess.

Every category we carry is listed below, with what each one is for.

Rather just talk it through?

Tell us the date and the surface and we will tell you what fits. It takes about a minute.

Worth reading before you book

Guides written for exactly this, sizing, surfaces and the permit question that comes up on public property.

The questions organizers actually ask

The full list lives on the FAQ page. These five come up most on a school or church booking.

How early should I book my rentals?

Spring and summer weekends and holidays fill up first. The earlier you book, the more of the fleet is still open on your date.

How much space do I need for my rental?

Measure the setup area before you book. Every unit lists its dimensions on its product page. We cannot be responsible for a rental that does not fit the space.

What power source is needed for a bounce house?

A working outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Most bounce houses run on one standard household outlet.

What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

Safety first. Depending on conditions we may recommend postponing or rescheduling the inflatables. Call us as soon as severe weather looks likely.

Do you set up tables and chairs?

Tables and chairs are normally delivered curbside and stacked. Setup and breakdown are not included, but ask in advance and we can add them for a fee.
